What do I get?

What do I need to know to help?
Your name and email, when you are moving, a rough budget range, where you will work, and up to eight priorities. Everything else is optional: a phone number, your employer, where you are moving from and anything you want me to know. If you do not yet know your workplace, choose “I do not know yet”.
What happens after I submit?
I review your request personally, then reply by email, and by phone if you gave me a number. Cynthia reviews every shortlist request herself. Nothing is generated automatically, and there are no recommendations until she has read your answers. You will also receive an automatic confirmation that your request arrived. If something goes wrong while sending, the form will say so and give you my phone number.
